Can I get samples before I order?
Yes, get touchy-feely and sample a range of our products via our sample packs here.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer a custom sample of your own design, check individual product pages as some products may offer 1 unit (sample) as a quantity option. Each product has its own MOQ and can vary from 1 up to 1,000+, so check out the quantity options of each product page to learn more.
Can I get a proof before production?
Yes, rest-assured once you complete checkout your design will be reviewed by our print experts to ensure everything is up to production standards. They'll send you a final poof via email to approve before anything goes into production.
During the process if you spot something’s amiss, our in-house designers will be happy to make any further amendments to be absolutely sure we’ve got it right before going to production.
How can I reorder a previous order?
Login to your account and head to 'My Orders' to view all your previous orders. Select an order and hit 'reorder'. When you reorder you can opt to increase/decrease quantity, or add/remove products.
However should you wish to make bigger edits like updated design, size, color etc please process this as a new order. With reorders, as you've already approved artwork before, we'll skip the review process and head straight to print.
Only part of my order has arrived?
Products may come from seperate suppliers and therefore arrive seperately. Likewise, larger shipments may be broken into multiple shipments and arrive seperately. You can check the delivery status of your order here.
