  • How much is shipping?

    For all orders, we offer our standard delivery of 21 days for free!

    We also have expedited 10 and 15 day options, which are available for an additional fee at checkout. 

  • What is your pricing?

    noissue tissue, stickers, tape and mailer pricing can be found here.

    Prices include all set-up costs and standard 21-day delivery.

  • Does the price include VAT, customs duties or import tax?

    If you are located in the UK, Europe, or Canada, you do not have to worry about incurring any additional VAT/customs/duties costs.

    noissue does not charge VAT on the sale of any orders, however the price paid at checkout is the final price - there are no additional charges. 

    After you pay for your order, all you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for your packaging to arrive at your doorstep!
  • Can I get a quote in a different currency?

    Outside our main site domains (UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada) the default currency will be in US dollars.

  • Does the price include set up fees?

    Our pricing is structured so that you don't have to worry about anything after checkout.  


    There are no additional set up fees & we include free standard delivery of 21 days for every order!



Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?

    We ship anywhere in the world with the following delivery options:

    • Tracked shipping  - 21 days (free delivery)
    • Express shipping  - 16 days (with additional cost)
    • Urgent shipping   - 10 days (with additional cost)

    *All shipping times are in calendar days so no need to figure out business days!

    The design approval process is included in the delivery times above, and an estimated time of arrival will be sent out to you once your order has been confirmed.

  • How much does expedited shipping cost?

    Due to the varying costs of freight in different regions, the best way to find out is by selecting these options at checkout and they will be calculated automatically for you.

  • Can you split my order between two different addresses?

    We can only ship to one address per order.


    As a workaround, you could look at creating separate orders with different shipping addresses.

  • Are noissue stickers and noissue tissue delivered in rolls or sheets?

    We pack our stickers and tissue paper in flat sheets as this helps to maintain the integrity of the product during shipping.

  • I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

    No worries!  


    Just send in your order number and correct shipping address to the team here, and we'll update your information right away.


    For future orders, you can also set a default shipping address in your account dashboard.
