How many colors can I print?
For noissue tissue, our website design tool allows for both 1 and 2 color designs. White doesn't count as a color, so if your color scheme is black and white, it will be a 1 color design.
If you would like to use more than 2 colors in your noissue tissue design, get in touch with the team here. Up to 6 colors can be included at an additional cost.
For stickers and tape, you can include as many colors as you like in your design.
For custom noissue mailers, you can choose 1 base color of the bag and 1 more color for your logo / text / design. Custom mailers have a higher MOQ than stock mailers - feel free to get in touch with the team here for more information.

What are trim and bleed size?
Trim and bleed are general printing terms.
Trim size represents the final dimensions of your noissue products.
Bleed is the portion of your design that extends past the trim size. Bleed is cut off when the artwork is trimmed to the final size so as to make sure your design reaches the very edge of the product.
Will there be any color difference between the digital proof and my actual printed product?
There will be a slight color variance between the digital proof and actual printed product.
This is because any digital proof is rendered in RGB colors (as projected on the screen of your device) and your actual printed product will go through color processing.
Off-set printing for one or two color noissue tissue designs use the Pantone Matching System. Digital printing for noissue stickers, tape, custom mailers, and 3 or more color tissue designs use the CMYK color process.
Can you print metallic colors?
Yes, we can print metallic gold, copper, rose gold and silver on noissue tissue. You can see some great examples in our Instagram.
True metallic colors aren't available for noissue stickers, tape or custom mailers, but we can suggest CMYK alternatives. Feel free to get in touch with the team here to discuss.
Can you print Pantone colors?
For our noissue tissue, we match specified hex codes to the closest Pantone color and use the Pantone Matching System when printing.
For stickers and tape, we use CMYK so any and all colors are available for your design.
If you can’t find your desired color in our website design tool, get in touch with the team here and we'll get you sorted.
For more info on the Pantone Matching System and color in general, check out our blog post here.
I can’t find the color I want. How can I work around this?
For noissue tissue, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for most designs.
You can enter any Pantone number or hex code In our website design tool. Hex codes will be converted to the nearest Pantone color you are after.
If you have any issues finding your desired colour, get in touch with the team here and we'll get it sorted.

What is the difference between ‘designing online’ and ‘designing offline’?
‘Designing online’ is for customers who want to use our existing templates in our design tool.
‘Designing offline’ is for customers who have a ready-made design.
Simply upload your finalized noissue tissue, noissue sticker or noissue tape design and our design team will get back to you within 24 hours with a print-ready proof. Once you approve, it goes straight to production!
Do you have double-sided printing for noissue tissue?
Double-sided printing is not currently available for noissue tissue. Like regular gift wrapping paper, your design will appear on one side of the sheet.
I'm having trouble uploading my logo / design / template. Can you help?
If you are having issues uploading your logo or design - for example the image looks distorted, or the colors aren't registering correctly, the resolution of the file may be too low.
Best to try again with a higher resolution file - SVG for the best results. If it still isn't working, get in touch with the team here and one of our designers will help you get sorted.
What logo formats do you accept and what is the maximum file size can I upload?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG & EPS to a maximum file size of 100MB.
If you have a different file format or your logo isn't working, upload and send it to us here and one of our designers will sort it for you!
