Yes, we can print with neon inks when working with products that use Pantone colors. But just a heads-up, neon inks can be tricky, especially in designs with lots of colors. Because of that, we typically use them sparingly. If you're planning to include neon in your design, check the Print Perfect Checklist (located on page 1 of your product's dielines) for any specific color limitations.
However, for any product that may come into contact with food or beverages (such as takeout bags, napkins, or cups), we do not use standard neon inks. This is because the pigments and additives in these inks are not safe for human consumption and could contaminate food.
If your desired neon color is not available for a specific product, or if it isn't suitable for your design, our Prepress team will suggest color alternatives.
