Duties & Taxes
The de minimis value threshold—the minimum order value exempt from duty and/or tax (VAT/GST)—varies by country. We recommend checking your local import regulations to see if your order qualifies for exemption.
If your order exceeds the de minimis value, here’s how it will be processed:
DDP Shipping (Duties & Taxes Paid)
For shipments to the following destinations, any applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout:
- United States (US)
- United Kingdom (UK)
- New Zealand (NZ)
- Australia (AU)
- Canada (CA)
- European Union (EU) – Eurozone countries only: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
DDU Shipping (Duties & Taxes Unpaid)
For shipments to all other destinations, duties and taxes are not included at checkout and will need to be paid by you upon delivery. This includes:
- Rest of World (ROW)
- European Union (non-Eurozone countries)
VAT & GST
- VAT is only applied to orders shipping to the UK.
- GST is applied only to eligible countries.
- Any applicable VAT/GST will always be displayed at checkout for clarity.
