Do you price match?

Our Price Match Guarantee is only applicable to orders matching the quantity bands listed online at noissue.co for the same product wishing to be price matched. Availability to Price Match is exclusive to those products where the service is advertised online: Custom Cold Cups, Custom Coffee Cups, Custom Takeout Bags, Custom Foodsafe Paper, Custom Tissue Paper.

The item must be identical in specification to the product quoted. This includes but is not limited to things such as size, weight, color, material, finishes, quantity, shipping and delivery, lead times and terms.

Only one price match per identical item per customer is allowed. At the time you request a price match, the lower price item must be in stock and be able to be delivered within the same time frame, the lower price must be verified and valid, and you must have evidence of said price.

Prices must match the price shown in relevant currency and must ship to the same address as quoted in the lower price.

We reserve the right to verify a price and the availability of the item, and where relevant your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.

We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorized reseller activity.

It is at the full discretion of noissue to either accept or deny a price match application based on a case by case basis.
