How long does shipping take?
Your total delivery time has two parts: the time it takes us to produce your order, and the time it takes to ship it. This page explains how that timeline works, where to find the most accurate estimate for your order, and the few things that can shift it.
Every order moves through four stages:
- Order placed: you complete checkout.
- Print check & proof (optional): if you've opted in, our team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof for you to approve. If you’ve opted out, all proofs are still reviewed, we just won't seek your approval. If there are issues with your designs this may cause delays.
- Production: we print and package your order. This is where your lead time is measured from.
-
Shipping: your order is dispatched and delivered.
Where to find your delivery estimate
You'll see lead times in two places on our site, and they're slightly different on purpose:
- On each product page: a general estimate with a small buffer built in. Useful for getting a sense of timing while you're browsing.
- At checkout, after entering your shipping address: your exact lead time, based on your product/basket, quantity, and destination. This is the most accurate estimate, so we recommend checking out before making firm plans around a delivery date.
If your basket contains multiple products, the estimate reflects the longest production time across all items — your order ships together once everything is ready. If you'd like some items sooner, contact our team for a split shipping quote.
About artwork approval
After you order, our team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof for you to confirm. This step protects you from print issues - it's your chance to catch anything before we produce your full order.
A few things can extend this step:
- Artwork that needs adjustment. E.G Low-resolution files, missing bleed, or color profile issues mean we'll send notes back rather than a proof - this can add a day or two depending on back-and-forth and how quickly solutions are resolved, or feedback gets addressed.
The fastest path: opt out of proofing at checkout. We'll do an internal check, fix any obvious issues, and send your order straight to print. More information about design proofing…

A note on guarantees
Estimated dates on product and checkout pages are our best forecast based on current production and carrier performance, but they aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs, and weather can occasionally affect final delivery.
US customers can protect their order against shipping issues with noissue Warranty at checkout — this covers loss, damage, and certain delays.
If a deadline is critical, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to confirm what's achievable.
