You can track your order from your account within your 'My Orders' dashboard. If your order has already shipped and you're looking for more info please look here for more details. If it's running later than expected, please contact us to investigate this for you. If you paid for an express/urgent shipment – we'll happily refund this fee if our carriers have failed to meet expectations here*.
Please note, lead times/estimated arrivals are not guaranteed and estimated from artwork approval within 24hrs of checkout. If orders take longer than 24hrs to approve and go into production, naturally the original estimated arrival time provided at checkout will now be invalid and you will receive an updated lead time/estimated arrival once your order begins production.
Where we list lead times:
- Product Pages – our product pages provide insights into approximate lead times/estimated arrivals
- Checkout – once we know your complete order and shipping address we'll provide you with updated lead times/estimated arrivals
- Order 'In Production' Email – you'll receive a final lead time/estimated arrival by email once your order begins production – this is your most accurate lead time/estimated arrival.
*The lead time of measure will be your final lead time via the Order 'In Production' Email provided when your order goes into production, not those listed on our product pages or during checkout at the time of your order. All lead times are not guaranteed. Late order shipping refunds are only applicable to orders later than 3+ days of final lead time. Failed delivery attempts qualify as within lead time in the event whereby a customer is not available to accept receipt of goods.
