Yes, orders can be canceled or edited only if they have not yet entered production.
- A canceled order will be eligible for a full refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Since production can begin as quickly as the same day your order is placed, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
How to cancel an order:
- Submit a ticket to our Support Team (Form: Existing Order → Query: Cancel my order)
- Or, log into your My Orders dashboard → locate your order → select Cancel Order (only available while status is Order Pending, before production begins).
Once production has started, cancellations or modifications are not possible, and refunds cannot be issued.
