Yes, you can cancel or edit an order as long as it hasn't gone into production yet. In these cases, a cancelled order will be eligible for a full refund processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method that was used to pay for the order. Please contact our customer support team with your order number as soon as possible. To cancel an order:
A) Submit a ticket to our support team (Form: 'Existing Order' & 'Query: Cancel my order')
B) In your account, head to your 'My Orders' dashboard, locate the order and click 'cancel' order (only available on orders in 'Order Pending' status before production)
We strictly prohibit cancellations or modifications once production has begun and will be unable to refund your order – production can happen as fast as the same day of your order being placed in some cases!
