Does noissue offer refunds?
Yes. We’re able to offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we can’t guarantee a refund.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please:
- Submit a support ticket under Form: “Existing Order” & Query: “Refund.”
- Provide your order number.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
- Attach photos or videos where possible.
Our support team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
What types of refunds are available?

- In-store credit
What reasons qualify for a refund?

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items received
- All orders are carefully inspected and insured during shipping.
- Please check your order for visible damage before signing for receipt.
- If goods are damaged in transit, keep all packaging and notify both noissue and the courier immediately.

Incomplete orders or missing items
- Orders may ship in multiple packages or from different suppliers.
- Please check all tracking details first, as some items may still be on the way.
- If anything is missing, contact us.

Design or production errors
- If you notice a defect in material, workmanship, or printing, contact us right away.
- Please note: If you opted NO to our Print Check & Proof service at checkout, this may affect your eligibility for a refund claim.
What should I know before approving my proof?
By approving your proof, you confirm that you’ve reviewed all text, graphics, colors, and layout. Please keep in mind:
- A ±10% tolerance applies to color, size, and weight.
- Screen colors (RGB) will appear more vibrant than final print (CMYK/Pantone).
- Material type (e.g., translucent tissue, kraft paper) and finish (e.g., matte, gloss, coated) may affect color vibrancy.
- Once approved, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
