We are able to offer refunds within the first 30 days of receipt of your purchased goods*, if 30 days have passed since you received your order, you will not be offered a refund. Please contact our customer support team with your order number, a brief description of the problem and where possible photo/video evidence of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. To request a refund:

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item received
Claims for faulty goods, damaged in transit or incorrect order: Your order will be carefully inspected and packed before dispatch and will be insured in transit. You must inspect your consignment for visible damage before you sign for receipt. If goods are damaged in transit you must retain all packaging and notify both noissue and the courier immediately. -
Incomplete order/missing items
Please note orders, or order bundles, can arrive separately as they may be shipped from separate suppliers or in multiple shipments, please ensure you check all tracking numbers/info for all packages, as some may still be on their way. If anything's missing please contact us. -
Design/production errors
If you find any defect in material, workmanship or printing is evident upon delivery please contact us. Please note, if you opted NO during checkout for our 'Print Check & Proof' service this may affect the possibility of a refund claim.
Please also take note of your consent provided at proofing per our proof disclaimer: Before approving, please carefully review all text and graphics for any errors (i.e. spelling, colors, layout, size, etc.) Please note we have a +/- 10% tolerance on color, size and weight. Colors seen on screen are more vibrant (RGB) than the actual print color (CMYK/Pantone). Color vibrancy can also be further affected by material choice, such as thin semi-translucent paper stock (Tissue) or darker paper stocks (Kraft Paper, Cardboard), as well as print finish (Coated/Uncoated/Matte/Gloss). By approving this proof, you are consenting to print your order using the attached proof and you acknowledge that you have read and understood the full proof disclaimer here. Kindly note, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order once you approve it for production.
*We'll do our best to resolve your issue but we review refunds on a case-by-case basis and retain the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.
